“A coffee with…” is a series of video-portraits realized in collaboration with the coffee brand Hausbrandt: in this new episode we met Andrea Tortora, renowned pastry chef, and we followed the creation made with Pandoro Hausbrandt that combines the enhancement of Italian tradition, but with a touch of creativity and innovation.
Andrea Tortora, son of fourth generation pastry chefs with an international curriculum, in 2017 Andrea Tortora began his project AT Pâtissier, with the aim of offering great artisanal leavened products which are characterized by a fresh contemporary elegance. Just as Hausbrandt does with its blends, it has chosen to honor the great Italian tradition with wisdom and extreme quality of raw material.
