Concurrently with the 18th International Architecture Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia, AAinD is honored to present “Journey over a million footpaths”, an immersive digital exhibition developed in collaboration with its creative partner SARAVÁ Project.
Throughout this immersive experience, the audience is invited to transcend physical space and encounter a series of Central African artifacts brought to life in a thrilling dimension through the cinematic layering of sound, light, and color, using 3D scans and animations along with precious archival footage. The traditional African artifacts become the protagonists of their own story, accompanying the viewer on a journey through an imagined landscape that harks back to the panoramas of an Africa that once was.
